Location: BDA HQ (Wollongong) + Programs across NSW & Sydney surrounds
Contract: Casual and Contract positions available
Pay: $410–$450/day (field) | $250/day (HQ), based on experience
Join the close-knit, high-performing team at Black Diamond Adventures, one of NSW's leading outdoor education providers. We're staffing up programs from now through December 2026, with an eye on Term 1 and 2 of 2027. We're hiring for two types of roles.
1. Casual Group Leaders
Cert IV (or strong Cert III) qualified leaders to join our casual team, delivering Duke of Ed and expedition style school camps across NSW and Sydney surrounds. Great for building experience and picking up regular work.
2. Senior Leader (Contracted)
We're also looking for the right person to come on board in a more permanent capacity: a senior leader role on a contracted basis. This is for someone ready to take on real responsibility, help run programs at a higher level, and grow with the business long term.
What's on Offer
- A variety of programs from 2 to 5 days, running now through December 2026
- Ongoing work into Term 1 and 2 of 2027
- Field based delivery of Duke of Ed and expedition style school camps
- HQ days supporting logistics, gear preparation, and operations (HQ is right near the beach!)
- Competitive daily rates: $410–$450 (field) | $250 (HQ)
- For the senior leader role, a genuine pathway into contracted, longer term work
What We're Looking For
- Cert IV or a strong Cert III in Outdoor Leadership
- Solid field experience and confidence in program delivery
- Proactive, adaptable, and team oriented mindset
- Comfortable working across field, warehouse, and office environments
- For the senior leader role, prior experience leading programs or supervising other staff
