We operate iconic walking tours across Australia and internationally, with a strong presence in Queensland’s most spectacular landscapes.
About the Role
We are seeking experienced, professional and passionate Walking Guides to lead multi-day Pack Free walking tours across Queensland.
Guides will primarily operate in:
- Scenic Rim
- Carnarvon Gorge
- Noosa Hinterland
- Gold Coast Hinterland
This role involves leading small groups of guests on high-quality walking experiences, managing safety and logistics, driving tour vehicles, delivering engaging interpretation, and creating exceptional guest experiences from start to finish.
Weekday and weekend departures available. Multi-day availability essential.
Essential Requirements
Applicants must hold or be willing to obtain:
- LR Bus Licence (or higher) – mandatory
- Senior First Aid Certificate (current)
- Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
- Australian residency or valid working visa
- Public Passenger vehicle license
- Demonstrated bushwalking experience
Highly Desirable
- Walking guide experience in Queensland, particularly within Scenic Rim, Carnarvon Gorge, Noosa Hinterland or Gold Coast Hinterland
- Multi-day guiding experience
- Strong group leadership and storytelling skills
- Remote or Wilderness First Aid certification
- Certificate III or IV in Outdoor Leadership (or similar)
